Using it is very easy. Just dissolve the salt in a bath tub with warm water. You can use it in two ways:
– For a therapeutic bath for dry, itchy skin use up to 1Kg of salt in your normal bath.
– For general well-being and skin health, add just 250g.
I know it seems strange, but in the summer my skin is pretty dry. It gets like this after a couple of days I go to the beach and gets a little itchy. This kind of salt helped me with that stopping the itching and helped my skin feel more soft.
I also have a problem that after baths or showers my legs and arm get really itchy. With this salt, and a bit will all of them, they itch less.
This is what this salt looks like and it has some kind of scent to it, that I’m not able to describe, but isn’t a bad one and doesn’t remain on the skin.
Utilizzarlo è molto semplice. Basta sciogliere il sale in una vasca con acqua calda. Si può usare in due modi:
– Per un bagno terapeutico per pelle secca e pruriginosa utilizzare fino a 1Kg di sale nel vostro bagno normale.
– Per il benessere generale e la salute della pelle, aggiungere solo 250g.
So che sembra strano, ma in estate la mia pelle è abbastanza secca. Diventa così dopo un paio di giorni di mare e mi da prurito. Questo tipo di sale mi ha aiutato a fermare il prurito e aiutato la mia pelle a diventare più morbida.

2. Himalayan Salt.

This salt is the one that gave me immediate results and relief!
I had my mussels in my legs hurting for a while and feeling heavy. This was a problem for me because I couldn’t walk as much…. I didn’t know what to do anymore so I tried a nice bath soaking in warm water with this salt. First of all it was very relaxing… then I slept better without waking up for the pain in my legs… and starting from the next day it was almost completely gone. After 2 baths with this salt I had no more mussle problems.

Se non sapete come utilizzare i sali dietro ogni pacchetto ci sono le istruzioni, ma non bisogna fare altro che aggiungerli al bagno caldo e rilassarvi per 20 minuti.
Nessuno di questi sale ha creato alcun tipo di problema alla mia pelle, nemmeno dopo essermi depilata, ma solo benefici.
