The Vintage Cosmetic Company is a very unique British Brand that offer different products that have a vintage feminine design that will take you back to the 1950’s.

The company was born in 2010. They started producing and designing false eyelashes that still looked very natural and felt comfortable, with a vintage packaging. The lashed did well so the decided to expand their production to tweezers and curlers. They kept on expanding their production and now have around 60 products and their products are sold in independent lifestyle stores, beauty salons, garden centres and boutiques and online.

I have the slanted tweezers…and the design is so adorable I still can’t believe my eyes!

They come in a little box that has a clear face that allows you to see the tweezers, and the box is decorated with a vintage floral pattern that really reminds me of a wallpaper you would probably see in a house from the 1950’s, but I think it look better on their products!

The Vintage Cosmetic Company è un marchio Britannico molto particolare che offre diversi prodotti molto particolari che hanno un design vintage femminile che vi porterà indietro negli anni ’50.

L’azienda è nata nel 2010. Hanno iniziato con la produzione di ciglia finte che hanno comunque un aspetto abbastanza naturale e comodi da indossare, confezionati in un pacchetto vintage. Le vendite sono andate bene così hanno deciso di estendere la loro produzione arrivando ora a più di 60 diversi prodotti che si possono acquistare in diversi negozi oppure online.

Io ho le loro pinzette oblique e il design è talmente adorabile che ancora non riesco a credere ai miei occhi.

Vengono in una scatolina con una facciata trasparente che permette di vedere le pinzette, e decorata con fiori vintage che mi ricorda una carta da parati che probabilmente si poteva vedere in alcune case negli anni ’50… ma penso stia meglio sui loro prodotti!

I have the floral design and I adore them!

The tweezers are made out of quality Stainless Steel. You might think they are like all other tweezers but they actually have a soft grip that makes it more comfortable while you are using them.

What surprised me is that the tweezers have a double face! On one side they have the floral design and on the other they are a cream color and have the brand’s name on them.

Le pinzette sono fatti di acciaio inossidabile di qualità. Si potrebbe pensare che sono come tutti le altri pinzette ma in realtà hanno una presa morbida che rende più comodo il loro utilizzo.

Ciò che mi ha sorpreso è che le pinzette hanno un doppio volto! Da un lato hanno il disegno floreale e dall’altro sono un color crema e hanno il nome del marchio su di essi.

A great thing that is a plus side to this brand is that the tip is protected with a rubber so that they do not get ruined even if they fall, but you shouldn’t drop them because it can damage the tip and throw tweezers out of alignment and might not work how they should… So everytime I make sure I put them in a safe place and cover the tip with the rubber, that is even useful to protect them when a carry them in my purse or a makeup bag.

As the name says, they have a slanted tip. This allows me to perfectly shape my eyebrows and if I need to do some precision work all I do is flip them using the high side of the slant edge. They perfectly grap and remove even the smallest eyebrows.

Un fattore sicuramente positivo di queste pinzette è che la punta è protetta da un gommino, ma è meglio non farli cadere perché l’urto potrebbe spostare l’allineamento è non funzionare correttamente… quindi ogni volta mi assicuro di coprirli con il gommini e metterli in un posto sicuro.

Come dice il nome, le punte sono oblique. Questo mi permette di dare una forma perfetta alle mie sopracciglia e se devo fare lavori di precisione uso la punta. si aggrappano perfettamente e rimuovano anche le sopracciglia più corte.

To get the best out of your tweezers they suggest to tweeze in the direction of hair growth and after showering or use a hot towel to open pores. When finished use cold water to close pores.

I have been using these tweezers since I received them and I have been really enjoying them. They are easy to use, they do an excellent job, they didn’t get ruined and they are so pretty. Plus they are very affordable, just 11.09 euro.

Per ottenere il meglio dalle vostre pinzette essi suggeriscono di tirare nella direzione della crescita dei peli dopo la doccia o usare un asciugamano caldo per aprire i pori. Una volta terminato utilizzate acqua fredda per chiudere i pori.
