Nutella Buttercream Frosting

Nutella Buttercream Frosting.

Nutella Buttercream Frosting is so fluffy and delicious it fits perfect on a vanilla, chocolate or peanutbutter cupcake or cake!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  1. Beat together the butter and powdered sugar on low until well-blended. Add the Nutella and increase the speed to medium. Beat for two minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and salt and whip for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add the whipping cream and beat for about one minute, until the frosting lightens slightly in both color and texture.

Nutella Buttercream Frosting è perfetto per decorare cupcakes e torte al cioccolato o vaniglia…

Ingredienti:

  • 1 bicchiere di burro morbido
  • 2 bicchieri di zucchero a velo
  • 2/3 bicchiere di Nutella o altro prodotto simile
  • 1 fialetta di vaniglia
  • 1 pizzico di sale
  • 2 cucchiai di panna

Montate burro e zucchero a velo, poi aggiungete la Nutella e continuate a montare per un paio di minuti. Aggiungete poi la vaniglia e il sale e continuate a montare.

A questo punto aggiungete la panna e montate fino a quanto diventa soffice come una nuvola e chiaro di colore.
