Peach Cobbler Smoothie recipe:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of frozen peaches
  • 1 cup of vanilla or plian yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of oats

Blend oats until ground into a fine powder. Add frozen peaches, vanilla yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.

Ricetta Peach Cobbler Smoothie:

  • 1 bicchiere e 1/2 di pezzi di pesca congelata
  • 1 bicchiere di yogurt alla vaniglia o bianco
  • 1/2 bicchiere di latte
  • 1/2 fialetta di vaniglia
  • 1 cucchiaino di cannella
  • 1 cucchiaio di miele
  • 1/2 bicchiere di avena

Frullate l’aveva fino a diventare una polvere sottile. Aggiungete le pesche, vaniglia, yogurt, latte, miele, vaniglia e cannella. Frullate fino a diventare tutto completamente liscia. Servite subito.
